| We are dedicated to creating a space that is custom for each individual client. To do this, we go through an extensive process that helps determine their lifestyle and needs. We work closely with every client to make sure they are comfortable with us, and that we understand every detail of their job. This is a very time-consuming process tht requires a great del of individual attention, which limits the amount of clients that we can service fully. | We require a $100 deposit, which is refundable upon purchase, to come out to your home. We will measure the room, make recommendations and determine the price range of your job. We will then follow up with ideas of design changes tht might be best suited for you | ||||||||||||

| We require a $500 deposit, that is also refundable upon purchase, to continue to develop your plans, secure accurate pricing, and draw detailed elevations. | ||||||||||||

Principals |

Designs Unique was founded in 1999 by Renee Nardo. Renee has been in the kitchen and bath business since 1986, when she started working for a kitchen and bath firm while putting herself through college. In 1990 she graduated from Massachusetts College of Art with a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts. Her major was Architectural Design, which gave her a strong background in the building industry. Renee is a Certified Kitchen Designer (CKD) with the National Kitchen and Bath Association and enjoys working on particularly difficult and challenging projects. Renee was past president for the Northern New England Chapter of NKBA, In addition, she has held several other officer positions in the organization. Renee is joined by her husband Bob, who is a Massachusetts licensed builder and acts as the project manager in the field for all of their work. Bob is responsible for coordinating all of the subcontractors on the jobsite and works closely with the homeowner during the remodeling process to make sure that all of their needs are being addressed throughout the process. Together, they form a team that is committed to making your kitchen and bath dreams a reality! |
