Dear Bob, Renee, and Team,

I wanted to thank you for the recent work done for both homes at the family's estate. Your attention to detail and addressing my concerns for the historic significance of the property was greatly appreciated.

You did a fantastic job on both kitchens, and I appreciate the fact that you even gave me important advice on the other restoration projects done at the properties that I know would never come from the Home Depot or Lowe's type businesses.

Designs Unique certainly lives up to its chosen name.

Dear Renee & Bob,

A simple thank you seems so ordinary for the new bathtub/shower surround that you installed. After years of thinking of what we wanted and FINALLY doing it and wondering if this was going to turn out as we pictured in our minds. An ordinary happy or pleased just does not cover it!!

This turned out to be so fantastic and beyond! We still keep looking in the bathroom to make sure it's not just a dream and we'll see that old harvest gold tub staring back at us! (It's what nightmares are m ade of for sure!!) Not only does it look and work perfect, but the installation by Bob was unbelievable - no one and I mean no one - is any more neat and precise! Again, a super thank you for an extraordinary job from start to finish!!! Have a great holiday and a New Year.

Renee and Bob,

I can't tell you how happy we are with the bathroom. It has been great working with both of you. I hope I have not been too much of a pain in the neck. I also want to thank you for the gift basket.

If I hear of anyone in need of a bathroom or kitchen I will send them your way.

We want to thank you again for the wonderful job you did in replacing our tub and surround. Everything works perfectly and looks absolutely beautiful. As you know, this was not an easy job as it was a retro-fit in a preium of space. Not only did Bob accomplish the job on time and on budget, but he did it with a minimum of disruption. His on-site suggestions as the work progressed were valuable and helpful.

While the tub replacement was in progress, Bob also did a mini-remodel of our second bath. His craftsmanship made the job go smoothly and the result is more beautiful than we had imagined.

Dear Renee & Bob,

I'm not the kind of person who can put words on paper to express myself well; therefore,I don't do it very often. However, I am totally motivated to tell you how completely happy Mel and I are with the work you have done for us.

We put a lot of faith and trust in you when we agreed to have our kitchen remodeled and our bathrooms redone, while we wintered in Florida. You lived up to our every expectation and then some! Your digital pictures, e-mailed to us regularly, and our phone and computer conversations, made us feel an integral part of the process.

When we returned home in the spring, we were thoroughly in awe. Our kitchen is so beautiful! The work is very well done, and it is exactly what we wanted. Since our original kitchen was only ten years old and was very functional, we were surprised to discover how much more functional our new kitchen actually is. It makes us very happy.

Our new bathroom vanities and cabinet are not only attractive, but extremely funtional. We now have a place for everything.

Nothing is impossible, or even difficult for you. You are very trustworthy, reliable, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. We have thoroughly enjoyed working with you, and would highly recommend you' to anyone wanting quality work done by fine people.
